Elev8 Youth is currently awaiting an IRS determination on its application for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3). We have not yet received our determination letter.
Contributions made while our application is pending are not assured of being tax-deductible. If the IRS approves our application for the applicable period, contributions may qualify for deductions in accordance with federal tax law.
